Main Responsibilities
- In this role, you accompany our new customers throughout the entire onboarding process until the successful integration of the service.
- As the central contact person, you maintain collaboration with partner facilities and sustainably develop it through regular exchange.
- You work closely with home management, nursing staff and the Emeda medical team to ensure a high-quality service.
- By clearly communicating our processes and providing targeted support with organisational questions, you ensure an optimal flow of information.
Your Skills and Talents
- Completed studies (FH/University), preferably in business administration, or a medical/nursing qualification with business administration further training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare sector
- Ideally knowledge of the environment of residential and nursing homes or medical practices
- Above-average organisational skills
- Confident and customer-oriented thinking, acting and appearance
- Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with nursing and management staff
