Project: Strengthen a dynamic, eight-member expert team in the field of Product Management Cards! Due to a temporarily increased capacity requirement, we are looking for an implementation-strong personality as Senior Product Manager (m/f/d).
In this role, you take responsibility for the versatile card offering and significantly shape its further development. Together with partners from project management, business engineering and the DevOps teams, you continuously develop the portfolio and create real added value for customers and partners. Start 04.01.2027 for 12 months at 100% in Zurich.

Tasks:

• Development & Concepts: Developing well-founded business cases, functional requirements as well as epic framework concepts for the further development and smooth operation of our card products.
• Agile Implementation Support: Accompanying and controlling the implementation of projects as Epic Owner in our Agile Release Trains (SAFe framework).
• Stakeholder Management: Close exchange and coordination with all relevant interfaces (e.g. sales units, legal & compliance, business engineering, project management, marketing & communication as well as external providers).
• Operational Day-to-Day Business: Independently implementing small requirements and handling all tasks arising in ongoing product management.

Requirements:

• Current know-how in the card business on the issuer side, preferably sound knowledge in the area of debit and credit cards.
• Several years of experience (5-8 years) in the role of Senior Product Manager.
• Proven experience in agile working (SAFe / Epic Owner) as well as a pronounced ability for multi-topic management.
