Main tasks

• Independent processing of requests from foreign authorities
• Support of the International Cooperation group in handling complex mutual assistance requests
• Assistance in drafting orders and conducting appeal procedures
• Participation in on-site inspections and hearings, if possible

Profile

• Completed law degree
• Interest in financial market law issues
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good knowledge of common IT tools
• Goal-oriented and precise working style
• Confident German and French skills (C2) as well as very good Italian and English skills (B2)
