To further develop our Lean culture in the Operations area, we are seeking a committed Lean Manager. In this key role, you will drive the continuous improvement of our assembly and logistics processes, increase efficiency and productivity, and create sustainable added value for our employees and our organisation.

• Further development of our Lean culture through coaching, training, and support of managers and employees
• Implementation and further development of the Franke Production System (FPS) in production and logistics
• Identification and implementation of optimisation potentials along the value chain
• Leadership and moderation of Lean and improvement workshops
• Conducting value stream analyses, MTM analyses, 5S audits, and line balancing projects
• Analysis and reporting of KPIs as well as presentation of improvement measures and results

• Technical or business education with further training in Lean Management
• Several years of experience in optimising production and logistics processes
• Sound knowledge of Lean methods, production systems, and continuous improvement
• Experience in project management as well as in training and developing employees
• Analytical, implementation-oriented, and communicative personality with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills
• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge
