To support our Reception & Reservation team, we are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a

Reception & Reservation Staff (m/f) 100%

These tasks await you

• Advising and attending to our guests at the hotel reception
• Independent check-in and check-out
• Processing reservation requests and preparing the related correspondence
• General administrative tasks

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ (training in the HGT sector is an advantage)
• Initial professional experience at the reception / in reservation is an advantage
• Well-groomed and confident appearance as well as impeccable manners
• Reliable, communicative and friendly personality
• Fluent German skills, good English and French skills, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
• Knowledge of Opera V5 is an advantage
