Your tasks
- Personal support and advice for employees and managers on personnel matters and in all phases of the employment relationship
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from job advertisement to entry
- Co-design and implementation of measures for personnel development, further training and employee retention
- Ensuring reliable personnel and payroll administration including contract management, time recording and absence management
- Preparation and analysis of HR statistics, key figures and evaluations
- Further development of HR processes as well as support for organisational changes
What you bring with you
You have completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma and have several years of experience in a comparable HR role. You communicate confidently in German, work in a structured, independent and reliable manner.
Careful and efficient personnel administration is a matter of course for you. At the same time, it is important to you to be close to the employees, managers and day-to-day business. You actively seek exchange, listen, ask the right questions and approach people openly even in demanding situations. In doing so, you build sustainable relationships, create trust and take concerns seriously without losing sight of the necessary professionalism and clarity.
You are interested in our organisation, its tasks and the people behind it. You want to understand what occupies employees in their daily work and how HR can concretely support them. With initiative, presence and commitment, you actively contribute. You act solution-oriented and pragmatically and have a high service orientation as well as a pronounced quality standard.
What to expect
You will take on a central role in the HR day-to-day business and work closely with the HR management, which will increasingly focus on legal services in the future. You will be supported by an employee who works both in HR and finance and assists in both areas as needed. We offer you a varied and responsible role as well as above-average social benefits and the possibility to work partly from home.
