A local player, Groupe E Tech, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of installations, electrical panels and infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, as well as installation maintenance.
In this role, you are the HR support for a diverse and demanding technical population. Your role: support managers, strengthen skills, manage sensitive situations and ensure consistent application of HR policies across multiple sites. You are expected to be reliable, clear and decisive.
Responsibilities:
- Talent and performance development: support managers in the evaluation, development and management of skills. Advise and support professional development decisions (development plans, training, coaching, skills assessments, promotions, internal mobility and talent management).
- Support for employees and apprentices: ensure follow-up of key stages in the employee journey (internal recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, departures, retirements, long-term absences, etc.). Advise managers in managing individual situations and contribute to maintaining a healthy and constructive social climate.
- HR partnership and advice to managers: act as a trusted partner by providing pragmatic recommendations on organisational, managerial and human issues. Support decision-making and ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes.
- Salary policy and HR governance: ensure internal equity and organisational consistency. Contribute to job evaluations, salary surveys and remuneration processes. Participate in budget exercises, salary reviews and organisational reflections.
- Field proximity: develop a regular presence with teams and managers across the assigned scope. Be attentive to field needs and ensure strong HR visibility across multiple sites.
- Collaboration and HR projects: work closely with various HR teams (Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Payroll, Training and Development, HR Projects) to ensure a coherent employee experience and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
- HR management and reporting: analyse HR indicators (headcount, absenteeism, turnover, performance, remuneration, etc.), identify trends and make recommendations to support company objectives.
Profile:
- University degree, Federal Diploma of Specialist in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as HRBP or in a similar role.
- Very good command of MS Office and ease with ERP systems.
- Ability to take a stand, manage pressure, remain factual. Strong analysis, direct communication, sense of responsibility.
- Easy interpersonal skills, able to maintain direct and professional communication.
- Native French speaker.
- Driving licence and appropriate mobility essential.
