About the job

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the operational support of assigned suppliers in the Residential Ventilation Europe sector and first point of contact for procurement matters
• Clarification of price and invoice discrepancies as well as coordination in case of delivery problems and escalations
• Maintenance and updating of purchasing and material master data in SAP, including prices, delivery times and packaging units
• Creation of framework agreements and orders as well as support for onboarding new suppliers and materials
• Handling quality issues, conducting supplier evaluations and ensuring relevant evidence and documentation
• Close cooperation with Category Management and other internal interfaces as well as participation in cross-departmental projects

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial or technical training with further education in purchasing/supply chain management or a comparable business qualification
• Very good German and English skills for collaboration with internal and external contacts
• Sound SAP knowledge and a good understanding of structured processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style
• Assertiveness, persistence and at the same time a strong team orientation
• Willingness to actively help shape the newly defined role and to travel occasionally, up to approx. 20%
