Logistics Specialist, All-Rounder, Safety Officer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Goods receipt and inspection
• Customer service for walk-in clients
• Order acceptance and entry into the system, handover to production planning
• Storage and retrieval
• Transport organisation including order triggering, preparation of shipping documents, clarification in case of transport damage
• Transport trips as needed
• Inventory monitoring and conducting stocktaking
• Storage and retrieval of warehouse items
• Disposal policy / proper separation
• Building maintenance
• Responsible for cleaning team
• Responsibility for company vehicles
• Responsible for order and cleanliness in the area of responsibility
• Safety officer (inspection of cleanliness, order, trip hazards), checking equipment, reporting and obligation to report identified safety risks or technical defects to the main safety officer

Our requirements for you:

• Basic logistics training in a technical or mechanical environment
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Experience in a comparable position
• Experience in the machinery industry is an advantage
• You enjoy actively helping in the warehouse, managing and optimising inventory control
• Open-minded, proactive, communicative personality
• Quick comprehension
• German spoken and written, any additional national language and English are an advantage
• Good SAP and O365 user skills, knowledge of MS Dynamics is an advantage
