Project Manager Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced architect for the project management and realisation of demanding residential construction projects. The focus is on the further development of high-quality designs and award-winning competition projects up to the structurally convincing implementation. You combine a pronounced architectural and design understanding with sound execution and detailed planning. In doing so, you coordinate the involved specialist planners and ensure that the architectural quality is consistently maintained throughout all project phases.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of demanding residential construction projects from planning to realisation
Further development of competition designs into approval- and execution-ready projects
Preparation and coordination of project, approval, execution and detailed planning
Development of high-quality architectural and constructive detailed solutions
Ensuring design quality and consistent implementation of the original design concept
Coordination of specialist planners, specialists, authorities and executing companies
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services and construction execution
Creation, processing and quality assurance of CAD/Archicad planning documents
Responsibility for project-related quality, schedule and planning control
Preparation and leadership of project and specialist planner meetings as well as follow-up of relevant decisions
Review of contractor and workshop plans regarding design, construction and planning specifications
Professional support during the realisation phase as well as handling planning changes and execution details
Qualifications:
Completed studies in Architecture ETH/FH or comparable recognised architectural education
Several years of professional experience in planning and realisation of demanding building projects, ideally in residential construction
Sound experience in execution and detailed planning as well as good constructive understanding
Strong competence in design and creative development of architectural projects
Good knowledge of Swiss planning and construction processes as well as relevant SIA phases
Knowledge of Archicad is an advantage
Good German language skills spoken and written
