ICT Specialist: System Engineering (80 – 100 %)
In the four-person team, you will operate and develop the hybrid ICT infrastructure. Your tasks include:
- Administration of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
- Support of Windows clients and servers
- Administration of SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory
- Automation of processes with PowerShell
- Support of network, security, backup, and monitoring systems as well as telephony and other applications
- Participation in 2nd-level support
- Support in ICT projects
- Collaboration with internal customers and external partners
You bring the following:
- IT training with a Federal VET Diploma, ideally complemented by higher education (HF/FH) or equivalent further training
- Several years of professional experience in system engineering or system engineering roles
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, PowerShell, SCCM, and Intune
- Good knowledge of hybrid IT infrastructures
- Understanding of network and security topics
- Generalist IT understanding and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
