IT Security Operation Engineer

What you will achieve

• Operation and maintenance of the security infrastructure (firewalls, security gateways, monitoring, proxy, WAF, etc.)
• Management and maintenance of firewall, cloud, and content security policies
• Coordinating and supporting the vulnerability and patch management processes of Migros Bank
• Support in incident response activities
• Advising internal departments on security topics
• Proactive collaboration with the internal cyber defence and risk management team

What you bring

• Education: Federal diploma
• Field: Information/Cyber Security, Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar with appropriate further training
• Professional experience: 3-5 years in IT security
• Technical IT security know-how and security-first mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• High personal responsibility and resilience
• Proactive, independent working style and strong willingness to learn
• Willingness for on-call duty
• German (C1)
• English (A2)
