What to expect with us

• You accompany our clients in claims situations and ensure they feel well cared for.
• You receive claims notifications by phone and in writing, clarify the key points and coordinate the next steps.
• You increasingly handle claims cases independently in the areas of property, motor vehicle and liability insurance.
• In more complex cases, you will be supported by experienced colleagues and continuously develop your expertise.

What you bring with you

• Completed insurance apprenticeship, ideally complemented by initial practical experience in claims processing
• Enjoyment of direct contact with clients as well as telephone and written communication
• A careful, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Motivation to develop professionally and gradually take on more responsibility
• Very good German skills, French skills are a plus
