HRSC does not think of HR in a standardised way, but individually: we create tailor-made solutions that consistently focus on the needs of our clients. Since 2013, we have been supporting SMEs, NPOs and public organisations with customised HR services – from outsourcing and operational relief, HR consulting and employment law support to the digitalisation of HR processes and the evaluation of HR software.

Your mission

At HRSC, you are not just part of a traditional HR department – you operate in a dynamic environment where HR services are actively lived: client-focused, flexible and with a high degree of personal responsibility. You are an HR professional with solid practical experience or you have basic HR knowledge and the motivation to develop further. You feel equally comfortable in the operational HR day-to-day as in communication with clients. The simultaneous support of several clients motivates you and gives you the opportunity to apply your expertise in a targeted and versatile way.

• Independent execution of payroll including social security and withholding tax
• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Independent completion of all year-end tasks
• Support in HR projects in the client environment
• Variety and industry diversity due to different client assignments

What you bring with you

• You are an HR professional with many years of solid practical experience or you have basic HR knowledge and the motivation to develop further
• Further training in HR is an advantage (payroll expert, HR specialist or equivalent)
• Strategic thinking combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Decisiveness as well as enjoyment of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
• Digital affinity and enthusiasm for advising our clients
• Motivation to continuously develop yourself and try new things
