ERP Application Supporter (m/f) 80-100%
Your area of responsibility
- 1st and 2nd level application support
- Technical implementation and coordination in collaboration with the ERP manager and external partners
- Aligning and adapting ERP applications to business processes
- Configuration support, consulting, and training of users in application handling
- Implementation, configuration of partial solutions such as interfaces
- Creating and updating application and operational documentation
Your profile
- You have vocational training or a degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Business and entrepreneurial thinking
- You bring knowledge in the ERP application environment
- You have a good technical understanding of system technology
- You are a doer and are not afraid to take responsibility
- You are a team player and have good communication skills
- You are willing to work with various ERP architectures
- German as a native language and good English skills
