Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an architect for the comprehensive handling of diverse and demanding building construction projects in the Basel region. You will accompany construction projects through all relevant project phases and take responsibility for project design, planning and construction implementation. In doing so, you will further develop architectural concepts, create precise planning documents with ArchiCAD and coordinate the planning interfaces with specialist planners and other project participants. The position combines design, technical planning and execution and thus offers a broad architectural range of tasks.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of architecture and building construction projects across various planning and realisation phases
Development and further processing of design, project and execution planning
Creation of floor plans, sections, elevations and detail drawings as well as constructive elaboration of architectural solutions
Creation, processing and maintenance of 3D models and planning documents with ArchiCAD
Preparation and coordination of building permit applications and approval documents as well as support in clarifications with authorities
Coordination of planning contributions from specialist planners and experts as well as integration of technical requirements into architectural planning
Development of material, construction and detail solutions taking into account design, technical and economic requirements
Review and quality assurance of planning bases, specialist planner documents and execution details
Participation in tenders and submissions as well as preparation of the necessary planning bases
Support of projects during the execution and realisation phase and handling of planning issues arising from the construction site
Ensuring planning in accordance with relevant SIA standards, building regulations and project-specific quality requirements
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies as Architect FH/ETH or comparable university degree
Professional experience in project design and execution planning in Swiss building construction
Sound knowledge in design, building construction, detail planning and project management
Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD as well as confident handling of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations; knowledge of regional requirements in Basel is an advantage
Experience in coordination of specialist planning and handling of different project phases
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
