Senseera Gesundheit AG is the comprehensive provider in the field of long-term and outpatient hospital care in the Sense district. It unites eight nursing homes, a day care centre, and the Spitex. Over 800 employees care for and support more than 400 residents daily and carry out around 370 assignments per day for the clients of Spitex.

• Implementation and assurance of needs- and requirement-oriented care and support
• Participation in the management of the care process
• Participation in quality development

What you bring

• FaGe certificate, ideally with experience in long-term care
• Strong social skills and enjoyment in working with elderly people as well as experience in caring for people with dementia
• Resilience and flexibility
• RAI LTCF knowledge is an advantage
• Good German language skills
