On behalf of the Department of Health and Social Affairs, the Cantonal Hospital Aarau operates the Emergency Medical Call Centre (SNZ 144) for the canton of Aargau. Your tasks
Quality management
- You will further develop our quality management and ensure it is implemented in the daily work of the dispatchers.
- You analyse key figures such as acceptance and alarm times or the medical query and derive concrete improvements from them.
- Planning and conducting quality checks and internal audits
- Preparation of findings and recommendations for management
- Participation in the development and maintenance of quality standards and guidelines
- You create a climate in which errors and near misses are openly discussed so that we can continue to develop
Project management
- Planning, coordination and implementation of projects – from the idea to evaluation
- Collaboration with internal and external partners
- Preparation of decision-making bases, project documents and presentations
- Monitoring of project goals, deadlines and results
- Ensuring sustainable implementation and evaluation of completed projects
Further development of SNZ 144
- Identification of development and innovation potentials
- Support of change and development projects
- Support of management in organisational and professional matters
- Observation of developments in rescue services, emergency call processing and quality management
- Bringing in new ideas and modern solution approaches
Your profile
- Completed higher education in quality management, project management, healthcare, rescue services or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in quality and/or project management
- Experience in leading or coordinating projects
- Experience in the Swiss rescue service, healthcare or an emergency call centre is an advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoy initiating and implementing changes
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance at different hierarchical levels
- Ability to prepare complex issues in an understandable way
- High personal responsibility and organisational skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good IT user skills and confident handling of Microsoft 365
- Affinity for digitalisation and new technologies
