About the job
We are looking for a
Student Legal Assistant 40-50% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Independent management and maintenance of our data protection database as well as participation in data protection assessments
- Support in the further development and implementation of data protection and compliance structures
- Conducting legal clarifications in Swiss data protection law as well as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Handling labour law issues (e.g. contract drafting, regulations, individual personnel matters)
- Participation in the creation, review and negotiation of contracts (service, supplier and cooperation agreements)
- Support and further development of contract management (filing, deadline monitoring, standardisation)
- Collaboration on compliance topics (e.g. guidelines, training, internal clarifications)
- General support of the Head of Legal in day-to-day business
Your profile
- Advanced studies in law (BLaw/MLaw)
- Initial practical experience in data protection law as well as solid basic knowledge in other legal areas (especially labour and contract law)
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; French is an advantage
- Interest in corporate legal work and interdisciplinary issues
