About the job
“All children and young people grow up empowered, confident and joyful – in a supportive environment and in a society that enables participation.”
This is the vision that drives us. Today, nearly 200 employees and more than 1,000 committed volunteers across Switzerland dedicate themselves to it with passion and commitment. Through our services and programmes – such as the emergency listening and support line 147, the Parent Advice line, Messages to Parents, Mock Interviews, online workshops for parents’ digital skills, and many more – we support children, young people and their families every day.
In 2023, Pro Juventute adopted a collegiate governance model. Decisions are made collectively within circles, and responsibilities are distributed according to roles, rather than being centralised in the hands of hierarchical superiors. Participation, leadership, communication and transparency are at the heart of how our college operates.
