To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor Building Construction (m/f).

Your Tasks

• Leadership and organisation of construction sites in the building construction sector
• Coordination and supervision of construction work and workflows
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and deadline requirements
• Leadership and motivation of the construction site team
• Communication with site managers, clients and other stakeholders
• Material disposition and control
• Digital reporting

Your Profile

• Completed training in construction (e.g. bricklayer, concrete worker) with further training as foreman or site supervisor
• Several years of professional experience in building construction
• Leadership experience and organisational talent
• Good knowledge of building regulations and safety standards
• Teamwork skills, assertiveness and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
