For the newly created position in Basel, we are seeking reinforcement in the area of acquisition.

Head of Acquisition Basel

• You will purposefully expand our acquisition network in the Basel region and maintain personal relationships with builders, investors, landowners, and project partners
• You monitor the market, identify opportunities early, and develop concrete projects for service and trader development as well as general contractor tenders
• You acquire new clients, further develop existing relationships, and initiate targeted customer activities and events
• You clarify customer needs, develop convincing solutions with our specialist departments, and prepare well-founded decision-making bases and offers
• You draft and negotiate development agreements and land connection contracts with investors, landowners, and other project partners
• You manage your acquisition pipeline in a structured manner and work closely with our teams in Bern, Zurich, and Lucerne on cross-location opportunities

• You enjoy operating in the market, present yourself convincingly and reliably, and build sustainable relationships
• You recognise opportunities early and develop concrete projects and business possibilities from them with perseverance
• You think entrepreneurially, act independently, and organise your acquisition work in a structured and comprehensible way
• You bring experience in acquisition, project development, real estate, or general contracting
• You know the real estate market in the Basel region and have a corresponding network or can quickly build one
• You work independently while simultaneously utilising the competences of internal specialists and other locations in a targeted manner
