In this key role, you will take overall responsibility for HR at Certas, actively and significantly shape its strategic development, and strengthen our team as

Head of HR (100%) with workplace in Zurich or Lausanne (optional)

YOUR MISSION WITH US

• Leadership and further development of our HR team across two locations (5 employees)
• You ensure professional and legally compliant personnel management throughout Switzerland (including payroll accounting)
• You ensure efficient personnel administration along the entire employee lifecycle
• You further develop our HR strategy and implement it effectively
• You are a sparring partner for the management on strategic and operational HR topics
• You manage HR controlling, key figures, reporting, and budget processes
• You lead HR projects and successfully advance them together with internal and external partners
• You specifically develop our HR processes, systems, and leadership tools
• You actively drive key topics such as talent management, succession planning, and employer branding
• You are responsible for internal HR marketing and HR communication

WHAT YOU BRING

• Solid HR training (e.g. federally certified HR manager, Master’s degree or equivalent) and at least 4 years of experience in a comparable role
• You have fluent German and French skills, necessarily at native level in one of the two languages and at C1 level in the other
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law as well as solid experience in payroll processes and social insurance
• Leadership experience with the ability to lead teams clearly, situationally, and development-oriented
• High presence at both locations as well as willingness to travel within Switzerland (30 - 40%)
• Strategic thinking combined with entrepreneurial and pragmatic implementation skills
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills, and assurance at all hierarchy levels
• You work in a structured way, keep an overview even in a dynamic environment, and set clear priorities
• You are proficient in handling HR key figures, MS Office, and ERP systems (Abacus, PEP)
• Experience in organisational and personnel development is an advantage but not mandatory
