Responsibilities:
You process international customer orders from entry to completion.
You prepare and process quotations according to sales specifications.
You prepare the necessary customs documents for international shipments.
You respond directly to customer enquiries and coordinate open issues internally.
You coordinate delivery dates and order details with the responsible departments.
You provide administrative support to international sales in daily business.
You handle export and import processes in compliance with applicable regulations.
Communication with customers is mainly in German and English.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in international inside sales is required.
You have good knowledge of import and export processes.
You work confidently with ERP systems and MS Office.
You work reliably and in a structured manner even with multiple simultaneous orders.
You present yourself reliably to customers and internal contacts.
A solution-oriented working style and resilience complete your profile.
You have a confident command of German and a good level of English.
