We are looking for support in the social services team from 1 December 2026 at the Gontenschwil location.

Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal mandate to treat addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.
With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Your tasks

• Collection of social history, goal setting with patients, conducting individual interviews, and regular review of objectives
• Goal- and solution-oriented counselling of patients in the areas of work integration, daily structure, financial matters, housing, guardianship measures, and family issues
• Support for patients in contact with social insurance, authorities, and other external agencies
• Organisation and participation in location meetings and helper conferences with internal and external parties
• Co-responsibility for discharge planning and related administrative tasks
• Organisation and implementation of alumni evenings and therapy market events
• Co-supervision of trainee interns
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external parties
• Participation in reports, team meetings, supervisions, and intervisions
• Timely and proper record keeping and documentation

Your profile

• Degree as a social worker FH or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in a clinical setting
• Further training in social insurance is an advantage
• Practice instruction course is an advantage
• Very good German and IT user skills
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• A team-oriented, curious, and proactive personality
