The Goldau Nature and Animal Park annually delights around 450,000 visitors amidst an impressive rocky landscape and idyllic forests. Around 100 European wild animal species live on 42 hectares. About 200 employees and many volunteers are passionately committed to nature and species conservation, education, and research - driving the sustainable goals of the scientifically managed park forward. Head of Human Resources Management (80 - 100%) Start: November 2025 or by arrangement As a staff position directly reporting to the director, you shape the HR strategy of our company and lead HR management professionally, personally, and organizationally. We are looking for a committed, empathetic, and strong leadership personality who will sustainably and future-orientedly further develop our HRM with expertise and foresight. Your tasks
- Leading HR projects and further developing HR controlling Your profile
- Solid training in the HR field (e.g., federal diploma as HR manager, CAS/DAS/MAS HRM, business administration FH/Uni)
- Additional qualification in Human Resources Management with a focus/training in psychology (work, organizational, or economic psychology)

- Strategic and operational management of HRM (leading 1 employee and 1 apprentice)
- Advisor and sparring partner for the management level in all HR topics
- Further development and digitization of processes as well as introduction of modern tools
- Responsibility for recruitment, personnel and leadership development, and talent management
- Ensuring legal requirements and cooperation with the finance department
- Leading HR projects and further developing HR controlling Your profile
- Solid training in the HR field (e.g., federal diploma as HR manager, CAS/DAS/MAS HRM, business administration FH/Uni)
- Additional qualification in Human Resources Management with a focus/training in psychology (work, organizational, or economic psychology)
- Many years of leadership experience in the HR field
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law
- Experience in digitizing HR processes
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and communication skills as well as high
- Staff position with great scope for design
