Your role as Senior Consultant

You lead projects for the implementation of Exxas in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In workshops, training sessions, and meetings, you advise the management of organisations with 10 to 100 employees. You develop into an expert on our platform. With your professional and methodological competence as well as your digital worldview, you not only successfully implement Exxas but also become an innovation partner for our customers. You therefore enjoy contact with responsible people. There are no customer-specific developments with us, as a consultant you help your customers to standardise. You can not only independently set up everything in the system and adapt it for the customer, but also enable your customers to configure Exxas independently. You spend around 60% of your time travelling in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Many tools, checklists, and templates are available to you for successful implementation. And above all, a helpful team is at your side that you can always rely on.

• Project management
• Organising and leading workshops at management level
• Consulting and solution design with conceptual elaboration (flowcharts)
• Configuration and adaptation of Exxas for customers
• Conducting training sessions
• Supervision of projects by Junior/Professional Consultants
• Accompanying GoLives

What you bring

• You are very familiar with ERP systems and have several years of experience in their implementation.
• You like to challenge established practices with new solutions and are a consulting talent.
• You have a degree or solid knowledge in business administration or business informatics, so you can advise and feel comfortable with C-level in SMEs.
• You enjoy being 50-60% in the field and enjoy contact with your customers.
• You have a category B driving licence.
