Mandate Manager Fiduciary and Consulting (m/f/d) 80-100%

What you will achieve

• You lead and coordinate mandates in the areas of financial and payroll accounting – including VAT returns, interim and annual financial statements as well as tax returns
• You competently advise national clients on questions relating to accounting, taxes and social security
• You coach the assigned administrative staff and support them in their professional development
• You actively contribute to the expansion of new business relationships and support clients in varied temporary deputy mandates
• You use digital technologies purposefully to optimise processes and develop innovative solutions

How you succeed

• You hold a Swiss federal certificate of competence in fiduciary services or finance and accounting
• You think along – and sometimes laterally – to find the best solutions for your clients
• You keep an overview in hectic phases and work pragmatically and persistently
• You maintain close, trusting client relationships and always communicate on an equal footing
• You bring several years of practical experience in fiduciary services and communicate fluently in German
• You feel comfortable in a digital, dynamic and appreciative environment and enjoy working with modern fiduciary technologies
