Completed basic technical training (advantage in the automotive industry)
Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics and electrics
Knowledge of workshop equipment for vehicles is an advantage
Confident handling of digital tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
You master the German language in spoken and written form, French skills are a plus
You work independently, are reliable, flexible and adapt easily to new situations
You have good organisational talent as well as pronounced skills for
fault diagnosis and rectification
Strong team and communication skills: you enjoy working in a team, are open, professional and customer-oriented

Independent installation, assembly and commissioning.
Conducting instructions and briefings.
Diagnoses, maintenance, servicing and repairs on products.
Independent analysis and solution of technical problems.
Technical advice to end customers.
Identification and procurement of spare parts.
Initial assessment of warranty and goodwill cases.
Compliance with quality, safety and occupational health regulations.
Ensuring clean and standard-compliant execution.
Complete and timely documentation of service assignments.
Close cooperation with the operations manager, internal service and technical department.
Maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness of the assigned service vehicle.
Ensuring order and cleanliness in the assigned work areas
Taking on further special tasks according to operational needs.
