Project Manager Residential Construction / Site Manager Timber Construction (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 125,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced project manager for demanding residential construction projects in timber construction. You will accompany construction projects from planning and work preparation through to execution and handover, coordinating all relevant project participants. The position offers a varied area of responsibility with direct influence on the quality, deadlines, and economic implementation of modern timber construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of residential construction projects in timber construction from planning to handover
Organisation and supervision of construction execution on site
Coordination of architects, specialist planners, contractors and assembly teams
Review and implementation of execution plans, detailed drawings and work documents
Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and construction progress
Organisation of construction processes, material deliveries and assembly operations
Support with construction inspections, defect rectification and project documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training in the construction industry, ideally as a timber construction foreman, timber construction technician HF, technician HF timber construction or comparable
Several years of experience in project management or site management in timber construction
Good knowledge of timber construction and execution of residential construction projects
Experience in construction coordination, scheduling and cost control
Good German language skills spoken and written
