For our locations in Zurich or Chur, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and responsible person as

IT Application Manager Occupational Pension 70-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

• Ensuring 1st and 2nd level support for the pension fund software SwissPension 6 (SP6), ELO, and Abacus used to provide our services
• Supporting team colleagues in customer service, accounting, and management with system-related questions
• Maintenance and further development of the software used as well as introduction of new software packages
• Adjusting system configurations and managing user permissions
• Document management
• Collaboration with external software partners
• Participation in digitisation and migration projects

You bring with you:

• Several years of professional experience in technical support of Swiss Pension (SP6) and preferably with Abacus
• Knowledge and experience in the field of occupational pensions is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft SQL queries and output document creation
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Access database is an advantage
• Strong service orientation and very good German language skills
• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or university of applied sciences degree as an IT specialist / business informatics specialist or equivalent qualification
