Your Tasks
- You lead a nursing team professionally and personally and ensure the care processes of your nursing and dementia department
- You lead by example every day and motivate your team to perform at their best
- Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organise the daily care
- You ensure the flow of information to the residents, their relatives and the nursing team
- Responsibility for assessment using inter RAI / LTCF
- Personnel deployment planning using the Polypoint Pep system
- Participation in regular reports or meetings with the nursing management
Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nurse
- Leadership experience in a similar position, preferably with relevant training
- Experience in long-term care and dealing with people with dementia
- Experience as MDS Coordinator RAI / LTCF
- Your warmth and empathy distinguish you
- You are an organisational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
- Good oral and written German skills
