Job Description

• Responsibility for strategic market development and business growth in Switzerland
• Building and maintaining a network with real estate companies, housing cooperatives, investors and architectural firms
• Active acquisition of new customers as well as identification and development of new business opportunities
• Advising customers and supporting projects from initial contact to contract conclusion
• Conducting price and contract negotiations and ensuring the profitability of projects
• Continuous market observation and identification of relevant trends and market potentials
• Regular travel within Switzerland and close collaboration with internal stakeholders

Profile

• Several years of experience in business development & sales
• Existing network in the real estate industry, building technology, elevator sector, housing cooperatives, investors or architectural firms in Switzerland
• Understanding of decision-making processes in residential construction and real estate environment
• Strong skills in building sustainable customer relationships and networks
• Independent, structured and entrepreneurial working style
• High willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Fluent German and French skills as well as English at B1/B2 level
