Take on your leading role as

Machine Operator 4-Shift (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

• Responsibility: As a key floater, you take on a central role in the 4-shift operation. You are flexibly deployable in various areas of the paper machine and ensure a stable, safe and efficient production process.
• Machine Operation: You operate, control and monitor systems and subprocesses of paper production according to production specifications. In case of deviations or malfunctions, you react quickly and initiate the necessary measures.
• Expertise: You know the process steps at the paper machine and apply your knowledge purposefully during ongoing operations.
• Quality and Safety: You ensure compliance with quality, safety and production requirements and support controls, shift reports and the continuous improvement of processes.
• Team and Development: You support the onboarding and further development of employees in shift work and actively share your expertise.
• Systems: You create electronic order feedback and work reliably with the ERP system; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

What you bring with you:

• Training: You have completed vocational training as a paper maker with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or have equivalent knowhow.
• Experience: Thanks to your several years of professional experience, you know the process steps of a paper machine.
• SAP: Ideally, you are already familiar with SAP.
• Time Model: You are willing to work in a 4-shift system.
• Ideally, you have an interest in joining our company fire brigade.
