Assistant Restaurant Manager at 80% capacityJob Description- Responsibility for the operational process of the gastronomy, active participation in service
- Preparation of banquets and aperitifs
- Setting up and maintaining buffets, serving food to guests
- Assisting at the till during lunch
- Active presence in the guest area: you create enthusiasm, handle complaint management and implement feedback constructively
- Administrative tasks, such as sending catering offers, managing and checking debtors and creditors
- Responsibility for the cleaning and hygiene concept according to HACCP
- Assistance with staff management and development
Desired Profile
- Completed vocational training in service and several years of experience in gastronomy, including upscale gastronomy and catering
- Experience in community gastronomy is expected
- Experience with various administrative tasks should be brought along, especially in the area of debtors and creating and sending catering offers
- Leadership experience is required
- Fluent German (native), English and French are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented and passionate about service
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Attractive working hours: Monday to Thursday, between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm depending on workload and bookings
- Evening shifts may occur
