For our Mono plant (SCL) we are looking immediately in Pratteln/CH for a
Operations Assistant, 100% (permanent)
Your tasks
- Ensuring quality-compliant, timely and cost-effective production while adhering to safety, environmental and economic aspects of the assigned production lines
- Responsibility for conducting risk analyses
- Carrying out deviation analyses of control/process parameters to proactively optimise production parameters
- Participating in ongoing progress monitoring and evaluation of results in projects within the assigned area of responsibility
- Ensuring uniform systems (operating documentation) and collection of process data
- Evaluating production data based on Lean Six Sigma principles
- Technical leadership of production staff as well as training production personnel in various safety, production and quality aspects
- Organisational and technical leadership of employees in production operations during the absence of the operations manager
- Representing the operations manager during their absence
Your profile
- Completed studies in chemistry, process or production engineering (FH/Bachelor) or a comparable technical qualification
- Initial professional experience in a production environment, ideally in the chemical industry
- Analytical and structured working style as well as the ability to constructively and critically question processes and production workflows
- Independent, self-reliant and solution-oriented working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations in occupational safety, plant safety, product and environmental protection
- Organisational skills and the ability to coordinate several topics in parallel
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- Confident use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good German skills as well as English skills for handling technical documentation
