Virbac is a European company that has been successfully specialising for nearly sixty years in the research, development and manufacture of innovative, high-quality medicines and products for animal health.

As a complement to our team of over 30 people at the "dog-friendly" Swiss branch in Glattbrugg, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an ambitious and customer-oriented clerk.

Your main tasks:

• Procurement & stock control: Support with orders from our parent company in France and external partners. Monitoring stock levels and overseeing delivery deadlines.

• Logistics coordination: Preparation of transport and import documents, coordination with external logistics partners and processing of goods receipts.

• Master data & price maintenance: Support in updating price lists and customer master data in the CRM system.

• Warehouse management & personnel coordination: Responsibility for the warehouse for repackaging work as well as coordination and scheduling of hourly-paid employees.

• Order processing & customer service (including holiday cover): Recording and checking customer orders (telephone, e-shop, Vetpoint), managing the customer hotline as well as handling customer enquiries and complaints with a flexibly adjusted workload during holiday absences.

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training or comparable qualification, ideally with experience in procurement, logistics or customer service.

• Very good oral and written language skills in German and English as well as good spoken French skills.

• Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace as well as modern CRM systems.

• Structured, precise and independent working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.

• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact.
