Apprentice Customer Dialogue Specialist EFZ Buchs

What tasks await me?

• Communication via telephone/online and email
• Perform organisational and administrative tasks
• Receive and process commercial orders
• Plan, coordinate and implement your tasks
• Process sales documents, dossiers and quotations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Collaborate and communicate in different teams
• Use systems and software in the commercial area
• Document and coordinate operational processes
• Research and evaluate information

You bring with you

• You have completed secondary school (good grades)
• You are very communicative
• You enjoy exchanging ideas with people and also enjoy computer work
• You have good written and spoken German skills and are willing to deepen another foreign language
• You have a good grasp and enjoy learning
• You enjoy working in a team and are a communicative personality
• You are reliable and like to take responsibility
• You are an organisational talent or are willing to become one
