To complement our team in Möhlin, we are looking for an Employee System and Process Optimisation 80-100% (m/f/d) by arrangement

What to expect:

• Participation in the migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 in the area of Transport Management (TMS)
• Analysis, documentation and optimisation of existing business processes with regard to system migration
• Support in optimising the system landscape as well as integrating new applications
• Implementation analysis and documentation of professional requirements
• Identification of potentials for automation and digitalisation of business processes
• Close cooperation with the specialist departments, IT and external software suppliers
• Evaluation and promotion of the sensible use of AI-supported solutions to increase efficiency and support the specialist departments

What we expect:

• Completed training as a freight forwarding agent or merchant in freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial or logistical training in the forwarding and logistics environment, preferably with professional experience
• Strong IT and system affinity as well as interest in modern technologies and digital solutions
• Ability to translate professional requirements into technical specifications
• Structured, analytical and systematic way of thinking
• Good knowledge of the M365 environment
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics and technologies and to drive them forward
