We are an innovative pioneer in ventilators, automated pipetting and storage of samples, as well as the development of process sensors.The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-moulded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling, to metal and plastic components. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.
What you can achieve:
- Support the Quality Director of Hamilton AG in maintaining and upholding the integrated QMS
- Collaborate with the quality managers of the various business units and their teams to maintain and ensure regulatory QMS requirements
- Enforce process guidelines in all areas
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits, maintain and further develop the QMS
- Advise process owners regarding group-wide synergy potentials in process optimisation
- Lead cross-functional and cross-site projects to improve the QMS, including CAPA projects
- Collaborate with and support the quality representatives at the branches to establish and expand the QMS
- Conduct gap analyses in the regulatory area, implement regulatory requirements
- Support the system owner for the CAQ system Babtec in maintaining and further developing the system modules
What you bring with you:
- Technical or scientific university degree with qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of regulatory affairs and quality management systems
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, at least level B2
