IT Systems Specialist - Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)

Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000

Role:

  • Support and optimisation of the Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on Teams and SharePoint.

  • Introduction, adaptation and maintenance of Microsoft 365 applications to support company requirements.

  • Support and training of users in handling Microsoft 365 and its tools.

  • Creation and implementation of policies and best practices for the effective use of the Microsoft 365 platform.

  • Identification and resolution of technical issues as well as regular system updates and maintenance work.

  • Close collaboration with various departments to capture their IT requirements and translate them into suitable solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Successfully completed training or studies in the IT field

  • Extensive professional experience in the role of a system engineer, ideally with a focus on Microsoft 365

  • In-depth expertise in the administration and use of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

  • Additional experience with other Microsoft 365 applications such as OneDrive or Exchange Online is an advantage

  • Confident communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
