In this role, you take responsibility for building new customer relationships in the field of Information Management, DMS/ECM, and Intelligent Document Processing – from the initial idea to successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Active new customer acquisition in the field of Information Management, DMS/ECM, and Intelligent Document Processing
- Building and maintaining your own sales funnel from first contact to contract conclusion
- Conducting needs analyses and advising SMEs and enterprise customers on digital document and process solutions
- Cross-selling to existing customers in close cooperation with consulting, support, and product teams
- Responsibility for the entire sales process including offer preparation, presentations, negotiations, and forecasting
- Market observation, identification of new use cases, and development of go-to-market approaches for M-Files and IDP solutions
- Representing the business unit at events, trade fairs, and partner occasions
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B solution selling, ideally in the IT or software environment
- Proven success in hunting and building new customer relationships
- Understanding of digital business processes, document management, workflow automation, or IDP technologies
- Strong communication skills, confident appearance, and enjoyment of consulting and closing deals
- Independent, structured working style and high self-motivation – the role carries full sales responsibility of the BU
- Very good German skills; English and French are an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking and ownership mindset
- High willingness to learn and technical curiosity
- Team player who works closely with delivery, support, and product development
- Perseverance, resilience, and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
