For our client in the Reiden LU region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, technically skilled and strong leadership personality as Technical Manager 100%.

For this responsible position, we are seeking a personality who combines profound technical understanding with several years of experience in personnel management. You enjoy technical challenges, keep an overview in day-to-day business and know how to successfully lead, motivate and further develop a team.

Your Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the technical team
• Independent planning, coordination and organisation of the entire day-to-day business
• Deployment planning, task distribution and leadership of employees
• Ensuring efficient workflows and smooth operations
• Technical support of the team with demanding questions and problem solving
• Responsibility for material management, inventory and stock levels
• Independent organisation and handling of material procurement
• Organisation, administration and coordination of the entire vehicle fleet
• Ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of vehicles
• Monitoring work quality and compliance with safety regulations
• Continuous optimisation of operational and technical processes
• Close cooperation with management

Your Profile

• Completed technical or craft vocational training
• Several years of proven experience in personnel management is mandatory
• Profound technical understanding and strong interest in technical processes and contexts
• Experience as technical manager, workshop manager, team leader or in a comparable leadership role
• Ability to identify, assess technical problems and develop solutions together with the team
• Experience in planning and organising operational day-to-day business
• Knowledge in material management, procurement and warehouse organisation
• Experience in fleet management is an advantage
• Strong leadership qualities, assertiveness and organisational talent
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Communicative, reliable and resilient personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
