System Engineer Workplace / Client Management (80-100%)

In the Smart Workplace team, you will strengthen our Client Management and support Windows and Apple devices throughout the entire lifecycle, in cloud and hybrid environments. You work with NinjaOne, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID and consistently focus on standardisation and automation. Our benchmark is high service quality and customer satisfaction. What to expect

• You operate Client Management with NinjaOne, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID and further develop it.
• You provision Windows devices with NinjaOne and Windows Autopilot and manage macOS and iOS via the Apple Business Manager.
• You control updates, drivers and firmware with NinjaOne and Microsoft Intune and monitor compliance.
• You design and maintain policies for configuration, compliance and security, for example BitLocker, Windows LAPS, Microsoft Defender and Security Baselines.
• You package and distribute applications (MSI, EXE, Microsoft 365 Apps) throughout the entire lifecycle and automate recurring tasks with PowerShell, NinjaOne and Microsoft Graph.
• You analyse faults at 2nd and 3rd level to the root cause and handle incidents, problems and changes in our ITSM tool.
• You work closely with Security and Network and take on on-call duties.

What you bring with you 

• Completed IT training EFZ or equivalent, further education HF or FH advantageous
• Several years of experience in Client Management with NinjaOne or a comparable RMM solution as well as with Microsoft Intune and Windows 11
• Very good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Hybrid Join, MFA), Group Policies and Patch Management
• Experience with Endpoint Security, for example Microsoft Defender, ESET, BitLocker and Windows LAPS
• Experience with ITIL processes and an ITSM tool
• Strong service orientation, analytical and independent working style
• Very good German skills (native or business fluent)
• Impeccable reputation and willingness to undergo security clearance with criminal record check

Advantageous

• Experience with Windows Autopilot
• Experience with the Apple Business Manager and managing Apple devices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph and JSON
• Certification Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• Good English skills
