In this versatile key role, you will take on the operational coordination of the institute and contribute significantly to the successful management and further development of the institute. You will work closely with the institute management, the programme leaders of continuing education, as well as numerous internal and external stakeholders. In particular, you will assume the following tasks:- Responsibility for budgeting, financial management and controlling of the institute
- Support for project launches and preparation of meaningful financial and control indicators
- Responsibility for data management and financial controlling of the continuing education portfolio
- Maintenance and further development of the institute's presence as well as support in marketing and communication measures
- Ensuring a professional and effective CRM
- Participation in the optimisation and further development of digital processes
- Support of the institute management in organisational, administrative and coordinative matters
- Collaboration in projects and taking on diverse tasks at the operational hub of the institute
Your profile:
You are an initiative-taking, independent and service-oriented personality with a pronounced organisational talent. You enjoy coordinating different topics, taking responsibility and working with various stakeholders. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:- Commercial basic training, supplemented by further education at the higher vocational education level
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the education, higher education or service environment
- Sound knowledge in financial management and controlling
- Strong communication skills and confident German language skills
- Affinity for digital processes and enjoyment in further developing them
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Flexibility, initiative and willingness to learn
