What you will achieve
- Operational responsibility: You ensure smooth picking processes in your temperature zone during the night shift and thus directly contribute to our customers reliably receiving their orders.
- Leadership & development: You lead your team professionally in daily operations, promote the development of employees, and support the team leadership in management tasks.
- Compliance with standards: You ensure that quality, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP, Migros QM) are consistently adhered to and lead by example.
- Communication & collaboration: You ensure the flow of information and bring topics from the team to the relevant departments as needed.
- Process optimisation: You identify improvement potentials, contribute your ideas, and support the further development of our processes and workflows.
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
- Specialisation: Logistics
- Professional experience: 3+ years in logistics / leadership
- Experience in logistics: Several years of professional experience including qualification in logistics or production environment.
- Leadership skills: You have initial experience in the professional leadership of teams and know how to motivate and develop employees.
- Organisational skills: You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even under high workload, and set the right priorities.
- Working hours: You are willing to work permanently in our night shift from 20:00 to 05:30.
- Communication skills: You communicate clearly, enjoy cross-departmental work, and ensure a trusting collaboration.
- IT skills: You work confidently with MS Office and ideally have experience with warehouse management or ERP systems.
