As a cook, you are responsible for the professional preparation of dishes as well as ensuring consistently high quality in our kitchen. You work closely with the kitchen team and contribute significantly to a smooth operation and a positive guest experience.

More about your tasks

• Preparation of hot and cold dishes according to defined recipes and menu plans
• Ensuring product quality in terms of taste, appearance, and portioning
• Support in menu and meal planning
• Incoming goods inspection and proper storage of food
• Compliance with all hygiene, quality, and safety standards (HACCP)
• Carrying out cleaning tasks according to the hygiene plan
• Organization of workflows within your area of responsibility
• Participation in special events (e.g., catering, banquets)
• Close cooperation with kitchen, service, and management

More about your profile

• Completed training as a cook (EFZ or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in community catering, hotel industry, or gastronomy
• Structured, independent, and efficient working style
• Teamwork skills as well as high resilience and flexibility
• Strong quality and hygiene awareness (HACCP)
• Enjoy working in a team and dealing with guests
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (English skills are an advantage)
