Your area of responsibility

• Management of demanding construction projects in all SIA service phases
• Leading a planning team and coordinating interdisciplinary internal and external collaboration
• Planning and monitoring milestones and responsibility for successful project execution
• Designing strategies and concepts within the planning team and in close contact with our clients
• Developing project and service descriptions as well as contracts and leading the design and approval phase
• Taking over the design leadership in the realisation phase and ensuring architectural and spatial quality

Your profile

• University degree in architecture, ideally a master’s
• Ability to mediate between planning, economic and ecological-cultural aspects
• Forward-looking, networked thinking and empathy as well as a solution-oriented mindset towards clients, specialist planners and authorities
• Competitive personality with strong communication skills and team spirit
• Good knowledge of Swiss legislation and standards
• Language skills in digitalisation topics and promotion of internal and external collaboration using the BIM method
