- Welcome customers warmly to our bike shop, ensuring a smile.
- Act as the first point of contact in-store, via phone, and email.
- Coordinate appointments and handle cash register tasks efficiently.
Skills
- Friendly demeanor with customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in German; French is a plus.
- Team spirit and a positive attitude towards biking.

Your tasks – You make a difference:
• Warm welcome of our customers
• First point of contact in the shop, on the phone and by email
• Sale of bikes and accessories as well as clothing
• Appointment scheduling and coordination
• Cash handling and simple administrative tasks
• Thinking along, helping out, working magic
Your profile – what you bring:
• Friendly, open demeanour and enjoyment of customer contact
• Sales experience or experience in reception/service an advantage (retail training desired but not essential)
• Interest in bikes
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Very good spoken German skills (French an advantage)
• Team spirit and a positive attitude
