About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Conducting training at the training centre as well as on-site with customers
- Training of operators and signallers of aerial work platforms according to VSAA and IPAF standards
- Theory and practice for the use of work equipment (e.g. fall protection equipment (PSAgA))
- Forklift training (Cat. R1, R2, R3 and R4 as well as crane and slinging equipment courses of category C)
- Preparation, organisation and follow-up of courses
- Ensuring practical and safety-oriented training
Your profile
- Technical or craft-based basic training and ideally experience as a trainer
- Native German speaker, knowledge of Italian and French is an advantage
- No fear of heights and enjoyment in conveying knowledge clearly and practically to participants
- High personal responsibility and confident appearance in front of groups
- Team-oriented, resilient, independent and reliable working style
- Experience as an instructor or as an operator of aerial work platforms is desirable
- Methodical-didactic basic training (adult education) is an advantage (e.g. SVEB certificate Trainer – Module 1 or comparable qualification)
